CANCELLATION POLICY:


Please cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible. I reserve the right to charge the full cost of the appointment if less than 24 hours notice is given. Appointments can be cancelled via the link in your confirmation booking or by contacting directly.

Deposits are necessary for some appointment types. Please note that deposits are non refundable but if you cancel within the notification period the balance will stay on your account to be used at a later date.

DATA & PRIVACY:


As Healthcare Professionals we are required to ask for medical details to help make an accurate diagnosis. Failure to give thorough, current and accurate information may result in improper treatment being given.

In order to deliver healthcare we need to collect and process personal data. According to law this needs to be stored for a minimum of eight years, and longer in the case of children.

The minimum amount of data required to operate a safe and efficient service is collected. Your information will not be shared with anyone apart from healthcare professionals, and only with your prior consent. For example, to ask the GP or other healthcare professionals for referral on to other services.

The information collected is entered onto a cloud based secure server specifically for the use of healthcare professionals, it is GDPR compliant and protected, inline with ICO guidelines. You can request access to all the data stored about you by contacting Dan@DC-InjuryClinic.co.uk

Website and social media use may result in cookies being stored. 

The only cookie that this site uses is Google Analytics to monitor site performance based on page views and where our visitors find the site. Although non essential the use of Google Analytics allows us to improve our site based on anonymous user interaction data.
